Drop-in friends — $15/day

This user might be the traveling business person, or someone referred by a member, who is not yet a member but wants to use our facilities.

  • any available space to sit, squat or pull up a desk (except for resident desks…sorry) when residents are in
  • wifi, power, coffee and water
  • the presence of really tuned in, smart, interesting people
  • access to conference space, if any is available

Basic Membership — $25/month

This is someone who plans on using the space more than once a month, participates in events (social events, educational events, mixers, etc), or simply wants to be an ‘affiliated member’ of Workspace for the purpose of being cool and placed on a member directory or otherwise.

  • all the wonderful benefits of a “drop-in”
  • priority access to conference/meeting space
  • the right to party and engage with your mates at various events
  • keys to the bathroom

Coworking lite — $175/month

Lite members are people who want to know that they have a desk and office resources whenever they need, but don’t need a desk 5 days a week. Secure storage for equipment will be available.

  • all the benefits of a Basic Membership and then some
  • unlimited booking time of the conference room, lounge, space for events (but the full-time tenants get first right of refusal)
  • your very own key for access to the facilities
  • the ability to kick a Basic or Drop-in member from their desk (oh! the power)
  • space for third parties to come in and collaborate with you (unlimited)
  • use of the projector, fax, whiteboards, flipcharts and printer (and other office equipment as it is added)

Monthly resident — $275/month

Full time members are people who wish to use the coworking office as their full time office.

  • all the benefits of a Coworking lite membership and then some
  • your very own desk… nobody can sit there without your permission
  • unlimited booking time of the conference room, lounge, space for events (up to 2 weeks in advance)
  • first priority for everything, including the beer

All members

  • respect the space of the others occupying Workspace
  • be a helpful; we’re all here to help each other out
  • be cool with the events that are going on in the space (you will be warned, don’t worry)
  • be insured
